If you want people to click onto your web page for answers, you must do research to find out exactly what your potential customers are in need of and provide it to them.

7. Write for readers, not search engines

Think about what your readers want to hear from you and write with those people in mind. SEO’s are writing only for the purpose of receiving a higher ranking and they end up over- optimizing their content. An example to describe this: Imagine you are a girl and you love to apply to make- up, therefore, you put on your foundation and lipstick, you get complimented for how pretty you look, then because you got one compliment or several, you start over applying it to the extent that your compliments reduce and you wonder why. In terms of your web page optimization, if you try too hard to get the attention of your target, and repeat the same word or topic over again, your readers will get demotivated and find a different article because it is simply too much. Readers enjoy a brief message which gets straight to the point. Short and simple.

8. Publish fresh content frequently

If you publish new articles on a daily or weekly basis, Google will crawl your website more often and will give you more authority which results in higher rankings.
